I made a really tasty cole slaw when I had nothing but cabbage and chic peas in the house. I shredded the cabbage and added chic peas with a tiny bit of mayo ( also tasty without it) lime juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and garam masala. It was so good on a sandwich too!

Pickle and peanut butter sandwich!!

Before I have my afternoon snack (usually fruit or veggies too) I drink I full waterbottle or lots of green tea. This helps me feel full- I always feel 'hungry' when I'm just bored. A snack with protien would definetly help too.
