Today, it has been 1 year I quit smoking, I did put on maybe 15 lbs (which is the reason im on here). But pounds gained or not this was the best decision I have ever made! I feel so much better and healthier! :)

I am 5ft6 and weigh 164lbs, I am on week 6 of Insanity and doing Pure cardio and cardio abs which ends up being around 50min (i tend to skip the cool down at the end) and my Polar FT4 tells me I burn 536 calories.

I am on the recovery week right now and same I haven't really lost weight on the scale but I have lost inches I can totally see it in my clothes. I have happy with the results so far and looking forward month 2 although people say it is a lot harder. Feel free to add me :)
