  • My arms are weak, and level 2 is not nice on my arms lol.
  • For level 1 I have upped my weights, go uber low in my squats and go faster in the cardio. I also do it 2 times a night. I am also going to be starting c25K soon, and hitting the gym on weekends if I can.
  • Bought some 8lb weights for some of the exercises. Only thing I still need my 3lb for are the side lunge and arm raise (I HATE THIS MOVE WITH A PASSION), but other than that it's 5lbs and 8lbs.
  • My mom switched to the same combination, and she started losing weight. Sadly I've been doing the combination for over half a year, and I'm still struggling to lose weight. I'm still trying to find a good plan to lose 15lbs, but I exercise everyday and eat pretty healthy, plus take my meds which is all I can do for now.
  • Tonight was day four, and I have now done 30DS 7 times!!! It got easier to do 2 times a day after the second time lol. The first time my upper legs were sore. Hopefully I can keep up this momentum and add some cardio into the mix.

  • I had done most of JM's RI30 about a month ago and had gone to the gym some after that, so when I did her 30DS last night it was soooooo much easier than I had remembered. I will be doing it twice a day now so I feel like I am doing good, but man I am glad I did Ripped before this lol.
