Don't give up! I know what this is like. I am currently in a slump of sorts myself. I haven't been going to the gym but I have still been keeping track of everything I eat. Having b friends on here has definitely helped me. Let me know if you want to be friends or if you need anything.

I crave chocolate like a crazy person and strawberry or chocolate chip ice cream from UDF. Also, i love hummus and whatever I can dip in it... i also have no portion control, with regards to the hummus.

I definitely agree with everyone that you need to eat more. Losing all of the weight you have is great, but if you want to lose more, I would focus on getting in some good weight lifting and eating more lean meats and veggies. Even adding in a bit more complex carbs would do you some good. Your body needs nutrition…

I have the same problem and have done the same thing... i just avoid boots. which makes me sad, because I love them, but can't find any that fit my giant muscular calves... :(

People always guess I weigh around 175, but I actually weigh around 210. Its' okay though, at least it's like a compliment, right? However, I am working super hard to change my actual weight :)

Well i cut out meat because of antibiotics and unnatural diets the animals are fed. Also, the unsanitary conditions in which they are raised. I eat as much organics as I can afford to buy and just don't eat meat on principle. I will occasionally buy organic, grain-fed, range-free chicken (same for my eggs, but I always buy…

I don't like treadmills either, but my gym has an indoor track, so that's nice. Usually, I break up my work out with walk/jog intervals, elliptical, and walk/jog after the elliptical. In between each activity I do 60 crunches. However, I am starting Insanity tomorrow. Let's see how that goes.
