Started swimming in the outdoor pool this week--it's glorious. Now my frontside is white and my backside is red.

My son is frustrated that I don't turn on the AC. He doesn't realize this is part of the empty nest strategy.

I think this may become common, I'm a contractor for the Air Force and they are talking something similar. Alot of miles on the truck saved with telework! Since all my work is done via computer and teleconference almost seems silly to go in.

Hi folks, been awol. I've been feeling really lousy, thought I must have covid. Got a test, negative. Could be just run of the mill flu. Anyway, despite eating junk for a week I'm still level. Now, back to the couch.

Everyone take a look at the spreadsheet. On the far right is a "LTD" column that should be your total Loss To Date meaning the total amount of weight you have lost.
