It's so nice to hear that people are so into it! I'm on week 2 now, and even though it's been a little hard to get motivated, I'm pulling through! It's hard, but it's so worth it! People have already said they can tell a difference. Don't be too scared to try it. I was, and now I regret having put it off for so long!

Yay you guys! I just finished my first week and am on my rest day. It actually feels weird knowing that I won't be doing it again today! Pure Cardio is the one that I did this morning! I felt so energized afterward. That's a great tip! I can already tell that in the next week or so I'm going to want to do the same. I just finished my Day 4 workout, and I feel so energized and fantastic.
