Thank you all so much. I think the consensus is go, eat the usual but be sensible about sides (naans and rice etc) and do some sort of exercise before I go. Hi everyone! I'm Beth, 19, 5'8 and 210lbs. I wear a size 18-20 and my main goal for the time being is to be in a healthy BMI range (around 170 lbs), but my ultimate goal is to be around the 140 mark, so I can fit into ALL the clothes I'd like to wear.

Hi there! I'm 19 and just signed up today. I've always been a little on the larger side, but I've only just hit the point, as I have started to gain significant amounts that i can no longer put down to "puppy fat", where I'm putting my foot down and saying "enough is enough".
