  • I wanted to be healthier for sure. But I don't like the way I look and need to make changes. A friend introduced me to this program. Having to be accountable and actually see what goes in my mouth is a huge help. I have only been doing this program a week and I have lost 4.8 lbs!!!!!!:happy:
  • Don't be discouraged or depressed. That fact that YOU took the steps to be healthier is a HUGE accomplishment already! Don't focus on the number, focus on the fact that you are getting healthier.
