So this challenge has no spreadsheets for us old granny's to get lost on. Just post and change your weight once a week. Starting Jan. 1st 209.2 Goal 150. Today Jan.5th 205.2 Lost 4 lb loss. So now it's onward forward. Eat less move more is my motto.

Son got me one for Christmas I just love it. I did screw up my roast beef last night. It said 35 min. but wasn't done I put it back in and another 35 min. killed it.

Clean eating I think is going back to basics. Pull out the crock pot before going to work put in the ingredients for healthy soup. A good stew. A chicken and veg. and the list goes on and on. I think what happened is we got lazy.

Rheddmobile Are you using dried cranberries. I used some of those in my oatmeal the other day. Looked at calories after the fact wow lots of calories in a little bit. Going to stick to my frozen blueberries.

Adding the calories at the end of the week gives you a better picture overall. You have to let go of the past and pick yourself up again. Keep doing the best you can.

Looking for help and admitting you need help is the first step in doing good. Go to u tube ask for exercise done from a chair. That can be a start to your progress good luck.

A question does this dawn phenomenon or what they call a liver dump early morning ever stop. My morning readings are always above 10. And then before supper I'm seeing 6.1 and last night 5.8 so it goes down to normal during the day. Doctor wants me to bring down the morning reading. How do I do that?

Read a lot of good info here. I'm a diabetic and here's a question Why can't I bring down my b/s I have a flu bug for a week and a 1/2 and the lowest I've seen is 8.5 in that time. The last week keeping carbs under 70 but no change. Help.

Here in Northern Ontario after 10 am and still -13. I haven't been out of house only once since Christmas day due to this darn flu. I totally forgot that I was on this site so been a long long time. I go to low carbs 50 plus most every day. But will reach out for all the help I can get. See you all lighter
