@dawnvte Dawn coming here is good but you should find something like tops or weight watchers it's good to have live people who understand what we are going through. Tops is all over the world and reasonably priced. Think about it. And you will make live friends that have the same problem as you.

I'm not being real strick with counting carbs but I do tend to watch and try and aim under 100. This past week was bad. I have to watch what i'm doing because my next A1C is coming up soon. And i was told to smarten up or end up on insulin. So far so good these last 5 years.

Well i'm not computer savy don't know how to copy and paste. But I started at 206 at the beginning of what they called round 52 I gained a lot and didn't know the why Well sort of I was constipated. I just found all this tonight great read. It's hard but so worth it in the long run. I did 8 days with no bread no whites. today got me I made westerns for my men and it was stronger than me. Mine goes to low when I try to stick in 20 and 30 range. It's just to low like 3.9 I don't like that and scared of it.

Looks good in here I started at 206 keep my carbs in around 60 sometimes up a little and gained Oh well might get a big drop for tops tomorrow not giving up

Yes i find with this way of life low carbs as soon as you hit a flaw it comes right back on.@imlightning I hear you full well on eggs I get I don't want to see another egg. And I have chickens. lol We can we believe and we will do this

I was taught to clean your plate. And I think that crazy idea grew with me. So I find better to take less and if still hungry have more. Not what I did last night I should of thrown out leftover Chinese take out. Instead of eating it. I will learn all takes time.

I try and stay under 100 I prefer 50 I tried to go to 20 and in two days I seen my b/s at 3.9 to low for this gal. You can try going low up to the individual but be careful. You lose weight fast on ketosis but as soon as you get a slip it comes back on. Best of luck to all.

Well my week is up and low and behold I gained a couple lbs. Starting weight 209.2 last week 203 today 205 So need to smarten up . Move more is what I need. See you all lighter.

@kittygonzalez3511 I wouldn't worry to much with a .6 gain that is only fluctuation. You are doing great with your food and exercise. I'm up .1 from yesterday but definantly be gone tomorrow So it's onward forward to a good day.

Hi all weigh in only Sat. but here to share I was tops best loser last night with a loss of 5.6 lbs. I did low carbs but not to low. In between 50 and 70. Fat eats fat. Who would of thought that. Should of had this here yesterday but got busy. Starting weight 209.2 Goal weight 150 Todays weight 205 Lost 4.2 for this challenge, Not good but better than a kick in the you know where with a frozen moccasin, So now to keep getting more active a little at a time. I believe I can I will.
