Did well today on low carbing only 33 carbs and under 1,000 calories. But this is my first day after getting a flat tire. And dragging myself like it also. So see what low carbing can do. I also went for a walk today. Need to get my A1C to a good number for April. See you all lighter.

Well i'm not nothing good. Busy with Legion was Carnival weekend. Fed 49 soup and sand. Yesterday 70 for bacon and eggs. Well now i'm done until March 7th my turn to cook again. looks good in here . I'm doing ok but had a gain this morning after a nice loss yesterday But that's to be expected it will go back down fluctuates some then settles at the low number. So on to another good day today. Did my steps on fit bit and kept my calories under goal. So all is good.

Well i'm happy to report a no gain weekend. Love it. So now i'm out shortly to go for my walk at arena. I do a mile of laps around the ice it's not a bad walking area much nicer than walking outside for this old lady. You don't want to land on your behind at 69. See you all lighter

Kitty I agree totally with you together we can. Had a good day yesterday So going to have one again today. Getting ready shortly to go for my Arena walk. Got a total o 9,725 steps yesterday . For someone who was getting on average 3,000 steps that's pretty good. Believe you can and you will. See you all lighter
