  • I try to just keep it simple. You can never go wrong with vegetables and tons of them. Other than that, lean proteins, whole grains, fruits .... just try to stay away from fatty foods, high sugars, fried or boxed foods ... You seem to know how to lose weight already so just don't overthink it!
  • It could be that you are building some muscle from the new workouts. You might see a gain initially, but having lean muscle on your body will help you burn more calories in the long run! Just keep it up and you will start to see a loss!

  • The sodium will make you retain water and it will hinder your weight loss.... even though there are zero calories - water is a much better option! If you crave pop, try carbonated or seltzer water - it gives you that fizz and there are no artificial sweeteners!
