Hi! It's good to see you over here. The thing that helps me is to take this one day at a time. When I think about how much weight I want to lose, I feel overwhelmed, so I tell myself each day, "You can do this today. Don't worry about the rest of your life." Sounds stupid, maybe, but it works for me.

I'm using my elliptical and doing pilates. I have the 30 day shred and should do that again... okay, admittedly, I only ever got to day 20 before giving up. Maybe I should make that my goal for February ~ to get through the dang thing! :)

I have "twin skin" ~ this stretched-out mess of skin that came from having my twins ~ and separated abdominal muscles that will never go back to normal. Surgery is my only option for fixing that, but unfortunately, I have a connective tissue disorder that causes me to overproduce scar tissue, so I can't do a tummy tuck.…
