I read it. Basically to take the total 'carbs' and multiply it by four and that's the number. So if a slice of bread has 25 carb grams times four would give you 100 total for your day. I'll support anyone in return for support. I've lost more weight than people weigh (188lbs); but I still have a good 80 or so to go before I'd be happy and 120 to reach what is ideal. Ticking me off that I'm eating under my calories and exercising, lifting and I am at a plateau that is disconcerting.
