I'm new to the "buddy" thing... I have been using the program for a year I signed up then didn't do much with it. I logged for 50 consecutive before Thanksgiving and had great results and not I'm back on again. It works!! would love tips, tricks or any other *helpful advice!

I am at 1240... It is tough, I have found cottage cheese and pretzels are filling for me, and low cal high protein.
