  • I lost 5.5 this week! I am very happy with that, but know it wont be that large of a number next week since I just started. I am looking foward to loosing each week though (fingers crossed).
  • I haven't done the diet challange yet, but I did do excersise challange :) I have been doing a 30 day challange that involves squats and pushups along with other things. So this fit right into what I was already doing!
  • Just checking in. I had a good weigh in and was down 5.5lbs. I am doing a good job of staying under calories and getting my 8+ cups of water in each day. One week down, now to keep this motivation up :)

  • I would love 40lbs by mothers day! My goal is 6 lbs a month, but if I can get closer to 8-10 I would be thrilled. I am getting in a workout everyday and will bump it to twice a day (about 30 minutes each) starting Wednesday. So far I have been great with my diet as well. Hoping I can consistantly loose each week!!

  • Hi all, checking in again :) So far things are going well. Staying a little under my calorie goal and getting a little workout in each day. I have been also been doing great with my water. I was a heavy diet dr pepper drinker, and have cut that back to one a day...though I think I have only had 3 in the past 5 days.…
