Like a few others said I get rid of clothes that are two sizes too big as I never plan to go back to bring that big, even when I'm pregnant. I have lost a little over 40lbs so far since Christmas 2011. Took a break (lost motivation) between September - November but am back on track now. I would like to lose another 40lbs+ next year! Loving the inspiration and motivation from mfp already :)

I am female. I was a bit surprised by the number but more surprised that the scale has not varied much. I'll take 29%. Considering I was an athlete for most of my life this could be close. I'd like to have it measured professionally once I get down to a healthy bmi so I can make some future goals.

I have cut out very few things but have tried to eat in moderation like so many of you. For some foods I have made conditions so it is harder for me to let myself eat them. I agree with this. I only talk about it if someone else brings it up. I have learned my lesson. My family said nothing the first time they saw me 40 lbs lighter. Nothing. If I can't do this on my own I can't do this at all. Glad I am not willing to give up on myself!

For me I need to mix it up and try new approaches every now and then. I think my body gets used to my methods and then decides it is comfy so I have to switch things around. Nothing like having to outsmart your own body!

They have great frozen brown rice. I use it when I make bulk stir fry and put it in Tupperware containers for meals to bring to work.
