I'm 5'0" and I just started this up my MFP again. My current weight is 168 pounds and my first goal weight is 140 pounds. When I pack sandwhiches I just use one piece of bread (wheat) and put the normal amount of stuff as I would on a normal sandwhich except I skip the mayo. It cuts down the calories and carbs just a bit. I also look for snacks that are high in protein and fiber and when in doubt much on vegetables when I get hungry.

haha that genuinely made me life. Excellent point! Dihydrogen Monoxide can certainly be dangerous in certain contexts but when it comes to washing food I'm pretty sure it won't harm anything.

This entire post is bull****. Dihydrogen Monoxide is water (H2O). I'm sure someone has already pointed this out but I didn't feel like reading through 10 pages of posts
