considering how much soy has been consumed for how many hundreds/thousands of years by certain parts of the planet, if soy consumption was a legitimate health concern that caused hormonal issues and cancer we would have known it well long ago. It would not be "heavily debated" and would not be on the market. Obviously you…

Popcorn is a good idea any time.

The only reason I avoid cereal is because I can easily eat through an entire box in one sitting. It is not evil or unhealthy if it doesn't put you over your calories. And breakfast is not the most important meal of the day.

The good news is that most of those "standards" are hardly standard or universal. The only real standard is that most people usually want to look differently than they currently do. So the person with skinny legs wants an hourglass figure and vice versa.

That's leaky butt. Which only differs from leaky gut in that it is a real problem.

The best way to control your craving is to have some sugar. Just log it and make sure you don't go over your calories.

If you had to cut carbs to lose weight, no one in human history would have ever lost weight before 2003 or so

Just stop eating more calories than you burn. That's all you need to do.

Calories are the only thing that matter when it comes to putting on or losing weight. You can eat 300gr of protein in a day but you won't add any muscle unless you're in a surplus.

Confused why you'd be comparing pb2 vs almond butter rather than peanut butter... At any rate, peanut butter/almond butter/cashew butter/any nut butter are some of the most calorie dense things you can eat. If you want to lose weight, pb2 is a good alternative since it is a fraction of the calories. Total calories are what…

The only thing that will stop your weight loss is consuming more calories than you burn.

As long as your calories are really coming in under your limit, there isn't any single food that will stop you from losing weight. It's most likely you're underestimating your calories consumed or over-estimating how much you're burning throughout the day. If they have a lot of sodium it might be water weight that makes it…

I replace a meal or two with shakes most days. It's just quick and convenient and I rarely feel hungry during the day so it's an easy way to get some protein up in me.

does that mean no baked goods? or what if you add avocado to a sammich?

I always recommend PE Science - any flavor. Great maros, amazing taste.

Most likely they gained the weight back because they no longer lived in extremely controlled conditions with cameras pointed at them 24/7, weekly weigh-ins on national television, access to professional trainers and a controlled diet. After that, being suddenly released into the wild to fend for themselves, I'm not at all…

You can have an opinion about things that are subjective (movies, music, favorite food) but when your "opinion" is objectively and factually incorrect, people have every right to say you are wrong.
-
I always recommend PE Science for the taste and macros, I have tried so many and that's my favorite by a long shot.

Of course the cost will come down and it will taste better as the process and technology develops. It will also seem commonplace eventually. Still, it's pretty creepy right now.

What are you finding hard about it? Open your app and log what you eat. Once it becomes a habit and your regular food choices pop up as options when you add meals it gets even easier. Logging everything also helps give you a second thought about what you're about to consume and whether you really need it or not.

Add protein powder to something.

Peanut butter cup. But I like them all

But seriously see your doctor, there are so many potential causes.. asking on the internet is most likely not going to help unless you want to try 100 different theories until you hit on the solution.
