I did Day 4 of Level 1 today, I feel a lot better for it too, my legs are still a bit achey, but I am managing the workout much better than I did on day 1 already.

Day 3, Level 1 completed. Managed to fit it in at a more appropriate time today, doing it at midnight just before bed after a long day yesterday wasn't my best idea.

Day 2, Level 1 completed! Determined to stick to this, even if my knees hurt now.

Keep one of your ugliest items of clothing in the larger size, just in case you feel yourself slipping. When you do try it on to remind yourself that you don't want to put on the weight, could give you a boost in motivation if you ever need it.
