I am going to start working this into my schedule in Jan. But plan on really putting into action after I am done with the 2 HM's I have signed up for. Maybe in June I will really start going full bore, but for now one maybe two days a week I will give some of it a try

my alarm goes off at 4:15 during the week and I am at the gym or out on my running path by 5am. I have to get it in early, my body does not like running later in the day.

Got in another 2.80 mile walk this afternoon.. Helping out to make that 300,000 goal that is in sight, that would be awesome to do for the group.. Great job everyone you are all kicking butt!!

I actually really like Chobani, although it has gotten a little watery here lately, I just pour out the extra liquid and mix it really good. I live the Blood orange and the KeyLime Flips. I just got the Fitbit flex for Christmas and so far I love it. I like knowing my sleep patterns (although not 100% accurate), I also find it challenging to get the steps in and get my calorie burn goal in. Santa was great to me, he brought me new running shoes, running pants, socks, a new coldgear running shirt, a jogtog and a fitbit flex. Also got a medal hanger that allows me to hang 13+ racing medals with my bib numbers and I have 2 spots for pictures.. I made out like a bandit !!
