How about yoga videos or one of the Leslie Sansone Walking videos? I hear a lot of good things on the walking videos and a lot of people do them. You can also find youtube videos for her as well. Also do some resistance training and stretches, it all adds in time and burns calories!!

Got in a mile walk on the treadmill @ incline... And then because I am just nuts I went back to the gym later for spin class and added 24.6 miles = 25.6 miles for today

videos like Asp said.. Jumping jacks, jump rope, if you have any dumb bells or light weights you can always lift some weights. It may be boring but running in place. Or are your stairs inside or out (if you have them in your apartment complex)? If inside you can climb stairs :smile:

A small hand help pepper spray is what I use. You can pick it up at a sports store, or even sometimes you can find it at Target. I have seen some people run with sticks as well. In my neighborhood I have a light wooden stick that I carry when I walk.

^^This.. I overpronate as well and I go to a running store to get fitted. They will watch you run and will help you pick the best shoes for your form.
