I have to blame my silly hormones for not being one of the first to congratulate you. We became friends when you restarted your lifestyle! I am so happy and proud that you have met your goal. From someone who also understands depression you have come such a long way. I pray for continued success as you love the skin you…

Again, this story could have been me. And there are days that I still stuggle. I also agree with the other posters... Seek help. Counseling possibly medication. As another poster mentioned at least you are recognizing this early enough to stop unhealthy habits. I really recognized that the problem was more than just an…

<~~ He is so MEAN! He won't share the bed AT ALL! Pit/Shepard Mix rescued to avoid being put down. Now he is my husbands best friend, my kids pillow, and the reason I don't have any room in my bed.

I don't know the answer... I would cook it and then weigh it to find out. But I often cook my food seprately from my family so that I can be sure that I am getting what I measured and accounted for.

Insanity is a really tough HIIT training and doesn't leave time for you to get bored.

I have this @$$ problem too!!! I've been told that setting the treadmill at a 1% or 1.5% incline makes it more true to outdoor running. Now with that being said... I wouldn't jump to that right away. I have just started to do this and I have been running on and off since I joined the military in 1998 and consistently since…

I do know that some people will scream at you for not getting 1200 NET calories. But the way my diet works.... I have embraced all of the "myths" and it works for me. I eat every two hours. My calories are set at 1668 because this is what is recommended for nutrition for MY current height, weight, and body fat percentage.…

A friend was selling this... I considered trying it until I realised that if you stick to the plan you are only consuming approximately 900 calories a day. If you add calories to the shakes and eat snacks you may be a little better off but it is not a sustainable plan and I decided it was best for me to do it the old…

Thanks for the advice. I will change my plan from 55% carbs to 50% and Protein from 20% to 25% and give that a go. Since I am not running as much as I was previously I don't believe I will need the extra carbs and I rarely met my macro goal on carbs anyways  so maybe I will with this change

I am currently eating about 80 grams of protien a day. I have MFP at custom settings to follow the plan that I am on. According to the site I should be losing about .8 lbs a week... I am 5'9" I currently weigh 167 pounds. I would love to be about 145 but I am now over the numbers on the scale deal... I have the "hour glass…

<~~~ I have larger thighs last measurement was 24 inches I think? My family calls them the "Johnson Family Curse" and I think my years of playing catcher in softball contributed to these tree trunks. No matter how much I lose they stay large and in charge :) I have a small waist... I am 5'9" waist is 29.5... I am just…

I would also go back to class tonight. This may be just crazy but I have noticed that after a work out that has left me absolutely sore the second day is the hardest but if I go anyways and give a moderate effort it helps ease the pain. It feels like it stretches those tight muscles back out and I am not so sore anymore.…

Glad to see some one is backwards like me. My week after is usually my I hate my life and body week. The week before is a ridiculous desire to eat and crying... but I have been diagnosed with PMDD.... I about laughed at my doctor when she diagnosed me. Turns out it is an actual disorder.

I do not add my fitbit calories burned into MPF (I have the flex). I log my actual work outs. My thought process is this (I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL) my fit bit tracks my every day life. And before I started wearing it I did not account for every day life burned calories because I did not know what they were other than doing…
