  • This site is great. I have been on here since december and everyone is very supportive. Feel free to add me as a friend I welcome the support and offer it as well. Motivation is the key and the more pals you have you know you are not alone:)
  • Welcome you will find this very helpful. There is a lot of support especially when you feel like skipping a workout or just need some advice. Good luck to you.
  • The most important thing when it comes to changing something in your life is always make sure you do it for yourself. You have done a great job.
  • I am just a impatient as you are but trust me little changes make big results in the end. I have two young boys but find at least 30 min a day to workout. Feel free to add me as a friend the more support and encouragement you have the more chance you have of reaching your goal.
  • Welcome feel free to add me as a friend. I am motivated and also good at motivating others. I know how busy you can be with two kids I have two myself and work full time. MFP has been a great tool for me and many of my friend.
  • Hi Matt welcome to my fitness pal. This is a great way to lose weight. There are many supportive people to answer any questions you might have. The best way to stay on track for the next couple of weeks is measure everything you eat.I drive my husband crazy because I go to the dinner table with a measuring cup and scale.…
  • I love the biggest loser videos. Its a great workout with pretty easy moves. I think what makes it great is the constant moving. The 20 minute videos don't let you rest so you get a quick calorie burn.
  • My friends and I are serious about being healthy and losing weight. I only have about 10 more pounds to lose to get to my goal but my ultimate goal is to stay on this healthy road
  • If you are just starting out begin with walking. Once that becomes pretty easy up your pace and than eventually add on weights and high impact cardio. You need to start slow if you want to stick with it.
  • Welcome you have joined a great group of people. We are here to give and get advice. My fitness pal is a great tool.
  • I am on the same road you are. I am so close to my pre baby weight but still need some support. I do zumba, turbo jam and run on the treadmill. I have a few Friends that I introduced to MFP and they love the support they get.
