  • I lift every other day. If you are looking to gain mass your muscles need at least a day to recover and rebuild. At least thats what I have been told haha

  • Hey, I am also a recent college grad and I am trying to work on eating healthy and keeping a consistent workout plan. I swam all through college and high school so this is a new thing to not have a set workout plan and have to watch what I eat. Would enjoy any tips or suggestions people have.
