  • How do you see someone's food fiary? I have clicked on a few members names who say they have public food diaries to try and get some ideas for food but I cannot see a link to look in thier food diaries.... Thanks

  • Yes it could well be the alcohol, not only is it STUFFED with calories but apparently it has some effect on your bodies ability to burn fat temporarily - I remember reading a thread on here about it the other day.

I usually just log them as 20 mins aerobics for a 30 min session, 30 min aerobics for a 40 min session, and log Pump under 15 mins 'strength training' and 15 mins 'aerobics'.   • All of Davina's DVD are fab, but my fave is 'Super Body Workout'. It has several workouts that you can select and match together as you feel like, and I have used them for 9 months now on rotation and am still not bored. They incorporate Kickboxing, Aerobics, strength training, Yoga and more.

  • Yes the Wii cals burned is definately exaggerated! You would find it hard to burn that amount of calories in so short a time if you were doing high impact aerobics!   • I thought the same as you, however it's not just weight loss it's how you feel and your shape. Sit up's will help your shape and make your waist / stomach feel tighter to you even if there is a layer of fat over the top of the muscles.
