Did Pure Cardio today, day 5! Does anyone else have trouble "breathing,keeping that core tight & being coordinated" allllllll at once? I think that's my biggest issue. :angry:

Hi ! I tried the South Beach diet about 4/5 years ago and was successful. I've put back on a bit of the weight since from eating out. If I had the time I would try it out again! First phase is tough but a good once you get through it :). This was really the only diet I've ever went through with and saw results.

Week 1 switch kicks - 60 Power Jacks - 40 Power knees - 70 Power jumps - 21 Globe Jumps - 6 Suicide Jumps - 9 Push Up Jacks - 7 Plank oblique - 36 This kicked my butt.... Lol

Oh Starbucks is my weakness, especially during this season. I tend to just hold the whip cream. I can't stand to drink any of the modified "Skinny" versions. They taste like poison to me :( *whines*

I've been using the Striiv app now for 3 days. It seems to be working properly for me.... I had a co-worker download it, link it and it was not working properly for them. It was giving them negative calories burned and tons of it!

Couple time a week I have Yoplait Yoptimal yogurt with fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries annnnd don't forget the hemp seed or granola! Its delicious :).

Nope, your not alone........ all I want to do is eat eat eat as it gets colder. I bought a new slow cooker (thanks Pinterest) so hopefully i'll make some healthy soups to curb my nom'ing.
