Thanks everyone for the input. I suppose my question was horribly worded from the answers I've received. I'm not looking to drop weight instantly or anything like that. I was wondering people's experiences with these 30 day challenges. NOT a get rich quick scheme.

It was a general question to see what people have found to be the best 30 day challenge they've completed that's all really. I wasn't looking for a particular result. :)

I love love love love my food scale! It's the Perfect Portions - http://www.perfectportionsscale.com/ It was about $50. It's a scale and Nutrition Facts. Has over 1500 built in foods, can add custom foods. Glass top, easy to clean.

I did 2 months of Insanity around this time last year. Loved it. Ate half my weight loss back... hehehe. I am in my second week of it again now :)

I am on Recovery week right now..day 32? and after 2 days of doing the Core Balance video, woke up crippled. I blame the burners, though it might also have been Insanity + Soccer + Snowboarding, either way, recovery week for me, has turned into laying on couch to let my knees mend. I am a mess, hopefully will be back to…

I feel your pain! I have wrecked both my knees somehow, i'm trying not to fully blame Insanity :( I've stopped almost all my activities in the last couple days. Hope your knee feels better soon :smile:

Been a little MIA lately with the x mas season coming up. Today was day 22, Pure Cardo & Cardio Abs, start of week 4. I'm slowly enjoying this. Looks like everyone is doing great !! :)

A co worker of mine that I sit near has one and absolutely loves his up band.... But in the last 9 months he has had over 6 replacements.
