That's a big heck yes it matters. If you give yourself 1200 calories of crap you will not do well. Your body is like a machine. If you give your machine cheap low-grade fuel it won't work well.

I want my trainer's body. Round *kitten*, low body fat, lots of muscles with definition and still has a nice rack.

I absolutely loved this documentary. I found it to be 100% in line with how I do things and it's worked. 75 lbs down and still going. :)

It always amazes me when ladies say they will NEVER lift a weight. Lifting heavy weight combined with a specific diet will make someone bulk up BUT....BUT...light weights help to tone.
