  • I use Bob's Red Mill whole chia seeds and put them in my Greek yogurt with fruit. I also have them in my smoothies and I grind them up in my coffee grinder and the texture is so much better than having them whole.

  • Fire 60 is part of the advanced classes. I liked it. I was a little lost at first, just like when you first start out any new dvd.   • Great calorie burn! Good job! I have flat feet too, so all the jumps on the HIIT's and drills bother me...even with my interchangeable rx inserts...so I still modify. One time I didn't modify and my feet and heels were killing me the whole day and next. My heart can handle the jumps but my feet can not. Boo!
