I just started P90X yesterday (5/20) so I am a week behind you. This is my first time and I am hoping I can stick to it. I am not planning to follow the nutrition plan and just monitor what I eat on my own. Feel free to add me. And I will check out the P90X/Insanity Game changers group!

I think weighing daily is too much stress. I weigh twice a week (which sometimes feels like too much) but here is my logic. I weigh on Sunday's because it sets the tone for my week plus insures I am good over the weekend and do not over indulge knowing I have to hit the scale Sunday morning. I think you can absolutely be hot at 40 and older. And it is not all in the figure or shape someone is in as much as it can be in the confidence someone carries, positive personality, sense of humor. Just makes someone that much hotter - just my own personal opinion.

Mine is Wednesday mornings and Sunday mornings. Wednesday make me accountable all week so I don’t sleep and Sunday sets the tone for the week.

Sashimi would be the best choice because it is only fish. I would try to stick to the low sodium soy sauce if you have to have soy sauce. Nigiri isn't too bad but it does have the rice ball. Try to limit rice. Teka don is good - lot of tuna with some rice. And a nice crab/cucumber salad is always fantastic. I love sushi…

I am looking for the support of a group as well. They say there is strength in numbers and it is nice to have the positive support you find on here. Have been on since late November and purchased a fitbit to help with the tracking.
