Nope, and if natural, unprocessed sugars put me over on my sugar numbers I do not stress about it.

I started taking a Zumba class at about 360 pounds. I just did as much as a could, really didn't have a problem with it. There were people of all sizes taking the class.

I consider my weght loss on the slow side. I started June of 2012 (didn't join MFP till later) So in almost a year I am down about 70 pounds total. There were some stalls in there, and some times when I was doing better too. I still have a long road ahead of me too.

I would say get it checked by a Dr. We discovered my daughter had hip dysplasia when she was in 4th grade, and many women find out when they are older.

I cook one meal, the kids eat what I eat. My husband is a fussy eater, he either eats what I cook or makes his own.

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for about 10 years. That's what I am afraid of! Even my Dr said 210-220ish would be ok for me, but I don't feel like I will know till I am there. In the meantime I am taking it slow and steady.

My daughter likes the Fiber One Chocolate Cereal as a snack. I will sometimes do a Fiber One Protein bar, has a little bit of a sweet taste and fills me up. I will to keep berries dipped in yogurt frozen in the freezer too.

My teens, and I like wraps, salads, turkey meatballs. When we go to the produce store I let my kids pick pretty much anything they want. I also don't serve foods family style, the food is dished onto the plates, then put on the table. Any extras stay in the kitchen. Except extra veggies, those I do put on the table.

My husband hates it. But I do my best to do it so he doesn't have to deal with it. Worst time is after dinner when I get hungry and I am trying to decide what is appropriate for a snack.

I am not set on my goal weight, but it is currently the low end of the goal weight given to my by my Dr. I am trying not to stress about the numbers, but focusing more on making changes to make me overall more healthy.

A local friend or 2 willing to exercise at the same time can really help with motivation. That helped me get started. Then when the friend stopped I was already in the habit and I continued.

No, my gym doesn't have a free program, it's just a small gym, and the trainers we do have I don't think have much experience.
