I got one for Christmas too and love it. It does make you want to move. I also like the gentle alarm that wakes you for early morning gym. It sends you a weely progess report to your email/phone. I highly recommend it. Also you can compete with your friends to see who is the most active.

Hi I am new as well and I am almost 62. I have a goal of losing the 15 pounds that I have gained since I hurt my knee skiing. I also just want to be in better shape. I am a very active hike, kayak, ski, golf etc and want to stay that way. Fitness Pal has helped so much this first week by making me more aware of what I eat…
