1/4th a jar of peanut butter? i'd hardly call that a binge. sounds like you just went over on your calories. it's not going to make a difference in the long-term. slip ups happen. it's a normal part of the journey. tomorrow is a new day. drink some tea, relax, go to bed.

I feel ya. I went buck wild at a wedding last night and went over my calories by 1500 (!!!!!) They had food trucks, donuts, and BEER. So much beer. I drank 1000 calories worth of beer. I don't know what the hell came over me. And I definitely paid for it this morning. But today I got right back on the wagon.. Two months…

I'm 5'3 and a half! I was 190 last November after having my son. When I started MFP a few months ago, I was 185. I'm at 177 now. My goal is 155 (my pre-pregnancy weight) but that is still overweight!
