  • Under the Food section there is an option for your recipes, you can add your ingredients from your recipes and it will give you the calories per serving, you enter the number of servings for your recipe. It is really quite handy! Jan
  • Man, that is a LOT of water! They told us 64 oz per day, or 8 eight oz glasses per day.
