Hi, I've just posted the same lol! I'm looking to lose about another 8-14lbs of post baby excess weight & have a 19mnth old daughter. I've lost7lbs so far but now stuck in a rut so need support to keep me on track. Defo too easy to treat myself to a chivvy bar or skip that workout DVD at the mo so want a good kick start .…

Thanks and yeah I'm a grump too if I'm hungry hehehe! Yikes I'm sure you burn a fair few cals with a 3yrold & a 15mnth old keeping you on ur toes all day! Def have to do any excercise when little ones asleep as otherwise I'll have her hanging onto my leg or siting on me if I attempt any floor exercises :)

I log it under circuit training general also. There are a few threads on 30 day shred &it varies from 190-280cals as depends on weight etc. I always end to go lower so I'm not cheating myself :) Good luck I've just started and on day 6 level 1

I've just done level 1 day 2 & feels like my legs are jelly lol! I dread to think what level 2&3 are like aaaaargh :)
