I took a look at your diary. On those 900 calorie days, I think you probably should be eating at least 1200 calories. Have you considered doing strength training? It jump starts the metabolism and burns fat. Other people will probably chime in and give you a bunch of good suggestions....I can only speak from experience…

If you are not looking to lose more weight and just maintain and tone up and your caloric intake has you maintaining then I would leave that alone if it's working. I am short and doing CLX. I have noticed muscles forming in my abs. I have found that the key (for me anyways) is to really engage my abdominals while doing ab burner and ab extreme. I also do abs about 4 times a week. I've been eating 1200 calories.

I have been doing Chalean Extreme for the past 5 weeks and my arms/shouldars/abs have transformed. I would recommend her dvds for arms/back/abs.

Black. Used to put flavored creamer and sugar in it but once I seen the calories and crap that was in it. I started drinking it black. Didn't take long to get used to at all.

I just went on the pill 3 months again and had the same fears of weight gain. I explained this to my Dr and they put me on Lo Loestrin Fe and I have had NO weight gain and no other side effects. LOVE it!

I LOVE my coffee but since working out and watching what I eat, I no longer put cream and sugar in it. I drink it black. Once I seen how much calories were in my cream/sugar, I made the switch.
