That guy is seriously an idiot and its a shame that there are still a lot of people/fitness "professionals"/trainers that hold onto that sort of mentality that women should be secluded to a "woman's only" section and/or machines. I've been doing SL for a little over a month. I am not trying to lose weight since I'm pretty slim but since having to up my calories and to try and maintain some leanness I do 2 short HIIT workouts per week on non-SL days.
