I toss them as soon as they start to look sloppy.I plan on shopping my own closet because I have sizes from 12-24 and I'll buy new items as needed from a discount store until I'm at goal.

Lol! That is one food that I could live without forever! Peanut Butter..But I do like the regular whoppers.There is this one cookie that i'm addicted to..the Biscoff (The Delta Airlines Cookie) when I buy them I have to leave them in the car and its COLD out here so I will not put on Layers to go and get em ;)

O.K. Now I want cake lol!!!! Yes! I'm all about enjoying life. I'm eating whatever I want,stopping when I'm full,and tracking it all.The ONLY thing that I gave up is alcohol because I won't stop at a few drinks,then I'd end up at Denny's for a "4th meal." Congrats on your Weight loss!!!

I started at Thanksgiving time and I'm down 8 pounds...That's 8 pounds that I wont have to worry about in the New Year.I just have my rules for the Holidays... If its not FABULOUS I wont eat it..I'm not going to go GaGA over mashed potatoes or ham..I can eat those anyday. I will Go GaGA for my famous Pecan pie and Lemonade…

I don't know but they sure are YUMMY this time of year while they are in season.I have lost 13 pounds in the last 3 weeks and I eat one everyday..but I also watch my calories so who knows...They do help with my sweet tooth(Pears too). I eat the ruby red ones..Half at breakfast and half after Dinner.

Start slow...it would be hard to go from 500 to 2,000 overnight.Maybe you can add a few 100 calories on each week till you get up to 2,000.At my job we give the underweight patients Ensure(the protein shake for older people).
