I love the Human body,anyhow no matter what Physiology teaches,everyone should be their own guide,listen to their bodies,and observe how distilled water is working for themselves.

All I know is it works for me!!!! VERY WELL! I have a list of foods that seem to help me lose weight faster and Distilled water is on that list. ETA...NOTHING is absorbed the "same way" unless it is the SAME thing.

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Your body can ONLY burn a certain amount of energy at one time.The rest gets STORED as FAT!!! This is like basic Physiology.....

Too much insulin floating around causes BOTH Diabetes and Obesity....So,eat less Carbs,Or exercise like mad to burn them off....But,what does the video say about this???/

At my Hospital we put people on the Atkins diet...More fat than South Beach and more effective...Your carbs should only come from Veggies until your insulin resistance is under control.Atkins is actually the ONLY diet that makes my Monthly cycle regular..The ONLY diet....I can do low fat,low calorie..whatever and NEVER…

Since you do the cooking I would just revamp all of the meals.Sometimes I'd serve the meat and veggies that you already make for yourself for EVERYONE and sometimes I'd make healthier versions of things that the family likes....Chicken tacos,Turkey tacos..with more veggies,low fat sour cream,reduced fat cheese,low carb…

I think that eating back exercise calories is ridiculous!!! Why would I burn All of those calories then eat them back...Makes NO sense whatsoever ...BUT...I would eat some of those calories back if I were truly hungry or for the occasional naughty meal.

Change up your routine...If you only do cardo add weights,If you only walk,try running,try different foods....ect.

They actually DO work.My friend is a promoter for this Product and I have Met MANY of her clients that are losing weight fast.But she includes a meal plan for them and weekly support.I drink one Occasionally.What I can say is that its not as gross as other protein shakes...

Get your blood sugar and Liver tested...Did you or do you drink lots of alcohol? If the answer is Yes,then go to the Dr. sooner rather than later.

They have both listed...If it says nothing Im going to assume its cooked because 1 cup uncooked is like 4 servings once its cooked.

Unlike most Dr's Endocrinologists actually study nutrition and metabolism.Since He/she has all of your numbers I think that you should listen to your Dr. You are At or pretty close to your Normal weight so the pounds won't come off quick.
