Change up your routine...If you only do cardo add weights,If you only walk, try running, try different foods....ect.0

I know that I have to really change it up when I hit plateaus. Last time I joined Crossfit for a month instead of just walking and doing exercise dvd's. For food, I also had to change the calories I ate from 1200 to eating up to 1500 a couple of days so that it readjusted my system. That's just what worked for me.0

Unless you're already eating like 1900 calories I would definitely up your calories by 200 - 400 for a few weeks and see how that goes.
Change your exercise regimes/staple meals too. Confuse your body!0 -
Without knowing your height, weight, calorie goal, etc...I don't think we can tell you much but I agree that you might try ti switch up your routine. Often people get into a rut and eat the same things every day...your body will get used to that and then it can become harder to lose weight.
Also change up your exercise...add weights and resistance training to build muscle...which burns more calories than fat.
If you are faithfully eating the same # of calories every day...alternate. Try eating below your goal for a couple days, and then eat the same difference above your goal for a few days. Sometimes switching up each day can make all the difference.
And remember, there will be months (or more) where you don't lose as quickly as before. It will all work out in the end so be patient and don't give up!
Good luck!0 -
If you meant to say you were losing 10 kg (22 lbs) per month that's a huge amount and probably not a sustainable or healthy rate. They say you should aim for 1 to 2 lbs a week, so 2 to 3 kilos (4.4 - 6.6 lbs) a month sounds reasonable. See a doctor.0

"Confusing your body" is meaningless. There's no merit to that argument.
Anyway, your diary is closed. There's not much we can say to you. Open your diary if you want advice that might be worthwhile.0 -

100% disagree. The statement is reiteration of needing to adjust your routine on x intervals for maximum gains. Anyone that lifts or does cardio would easily agree.0 -
I hit a long plateau after losing 12 kg. I got over it by doing a 3 week total diet break. I think my metabolism slowed down, as a result of eating at a deficit for several months. Ate at just under TDEE during the break, which seems to have reset my metabolism back to almost normal. I plan to do a diet break every 3 months or so in the future, but maybe only for a week or two.0

You might try reducing your carbs and increasing healthy protein and fats.0

From your profile pic you don't look like you have a lot to lose (i am basing this on your very prominent collar bones. Of course you could carry more weight on your lower body).
If you are at the lower end of your ideal weight, then it does take longer to lose.
Do strength training if you don't already, and make sure you're eating enough.0 -
After reading your profile and looking at your pictures I don't think the fundamental problem is weight.
Your reasons for weight loss:
so people will like me,
so i will be happy,
so i can finally fit into a smaller size,
so i can have a thigh gap,
so i can have a flat stomach,
so i can be beautiful.
Please go find some self help books and work on changing your mindset. I am guessing physically you are pretty darn good right now, so the problem is what that noodle in your head is telling you about you.
By all means, get healthier, but in your case that does not seem to be a big step in the process to happiness.
Good luck.0
