Eat a GOOD protein/Fat rich breakfast.... Take Tuna packets,apples,celery,nuts.protein bars,boiled eggs..

I ask what's in it,eat half..take the second half home to deconstruct it and add up the calories from what I see inside...This process is rather annoying,so I just have my Burritos at Chipotle or a place that has the nutrition info.

Thats how MY WL is,but at the end of the Month it adds up correctly to 8lbs a month as I wanted it.It used to drive me nuts,but now I know that it will pay off in the end as long as I don't give up.

Eat what MFP recommends that you eat...If you have a few calories left over its no big deal,but if you have hundreds left over very often just try to plan your meals better.

The Atkins diet is AMAZING for curing the Sugar addiction.The REAL Atkins diet in its proper stages..not the one that people think is Atkins...read the book. In the mean time...when you lower your sugar add in more protein and fat.

MY body has a WHOLE LOT of calories in my Bat wings and Belly rolls!!! It can sustain itself off of that.Fat is STORED to be USED when the body needs it...If I don't eat enough OR if I burn off the calories I ate today and My body needs MORE it will eat my FAT! That's the whole point...

Trust yourself and listen to your body! Everyone here has a different opinion on what works and whats bad....follow MFP's plan as written and take it from there instead of worrying about Scooby and them lol!!!!

Eat what you can afford,just track it here. Walk your daughter to school everyday to get that exercise.Its painful now but it will get better.
