Go back to your fish and veggies diet and watch free exercise videos on youtube...or on the cable box,or from the Library.Buy some weights or Kettlebells for the house if you can use those.

I 100% AGREE! But,I was once one of those people always making a New Years resolution to lose weight too so I understand.I just wish that everyone realized that they can start now! The next meal.

My first tip is to be realistic.Set your 3lbs per week down to 2..maybe 1.

Hi! My advice is to NEVER GIVE UP! If you slip up just log it so that over time you can see how different foods affect your body. Don't look at it as a Diet.I eat what I want,I just make sure not to go over my calories and sodium.When I concentrate on my Sodium levels it makes it hard to fill my day with too much junk…

That's what I thought before I got my fitbit. You have to walk 2-3 miles in daily activity to be over sedentary.If you walk only to the car and to your office where you sit all day,go to the grocery store,and back home to sit..maybe take out the trash and walk to the mailbox you are sedentary.....Mine is set to sedentary…

I set MFP and Fitbit to sedentary. Once I walk more than 5,000 steps on any day MFP starts to add more calories.I eat them if I'm hungry,I don't if I'm not.I only do walking right now,but once I Start other workouts I'll add those to MFP and Eat the calories if I'm hungry ONLY,not just because they are there.... Just so you know..The eating plan that comes with the program is for 1200 calories.You are NOT supposed to eat back any exercise calories either....I'm fine with that but I just wanted everyone to know.It also comes with access to her website for 30 days-someone was on there complaining that they only lost 15lbs in the 90…

Its going by what your body is burning by BEING ALIVE! Your BMR.....It does not only count your calories burned from walking,but your TOTAL calories used during the day.

I'm only hungry at night when I eat too many carbs during the day and not enough fat and protein.But,when I am hungry I EAT! I like to snack at night so I usually have 2 of my snacks right before bed.

For work take those tuna packets,mayo packets,hard boiled egg,and relish packet if u like..make a sandwich or wrap.Add some fruit and yogurt. I usually make 3 portions of my dinner and lunch and eat those during the week,I don't freeze em..just make sure its used within 3 days.

I have a general goal,but I plan on stopping when I like the way I look naked!!!!!! And when I can wear a clingy dress without any spanx! That's when I'm done.Also,I remember how I looked at that weight before so it's a start...

I eat what I want as long as I don't go over my calories or sodium,since they are high in sodium i would just make sure that the rest of my day was low sodium.
