Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water! I find if I go a day with not having much then my body holds on to more it reflects in my weight on the scale. And I weigh myself in the nude so different clothes don't change my numbers. Don't let this set you back!

Loved IT! seen another similar video and it looks like so much more fun that just walking or running on the treadmill.. I would do this but need to lose a few more first. When I run on the treadmill at the gym the treamill shakes and its so embarrasing but I do it anyway.

Im struggling to figure out how many calories I should eat to lose weight while im still breastfeeding my 8 month old. I have lost 45 pounds since he was born but now am really struggling. Im 275 and 5'9. he is eating a variety of foods so some days he doesnt nurse as much as others. Any advice?
