My roommate has Synth-6 Cookie Dough protein powder and mixes it with milk. It's DELICIOUS.

What do you recommend for high protein foods? I don't eat a ton of meat, but I've been eating more grilled chicken because it has such high protein. I have protein powder, but I still manage to get more carbs than protein in a day.

My protein shake is simple. I use vanilla protein powder (my roommate also has cookie dough protein powder.. YUM) 1 scoop + Silk light almond milk... It is a little sweet but you can buy the unsweetened plain almond milk to make it less so I imagine. It's fast, delicious and I don't have to think twice about making it.…
