What I would suggest is going under "Exercise", then "My Exercises". There is a place where you can create your own exercises/names. Maybe that way you could manually put it in and have your own personal exercise.

nope. i love it. luckily i don't play games really and i don't have drama. so it serves as a great tool for me to keep in touch with my friends, since i live away from where i was raised and went to school. it also keeps me up to date with community events, etc. i'm on here WAY more than facebook. :laugh: love that too!…

Peanut butter and avocado are my go-tos. :tongue: I can put those two things on so many different recipes and dishes or snacks. Today I put half of avocado on my pork burger so I could "beef" up my calories for the day. :laugh: With exercising almost daily, I really need to compensate.

I have also read that the metabolism works better with eating after a workout. However, I do both depending on my schedule. If I'm making a heartier meal, we workout then eat. I'm weird about natural oatmeal and what I put with it. I LOVE putting sugar free maple syrup with it and berries and/or walnuts too. This rocks my world. :love: BUT if I put peanut butter (which I LOVE too) with it, I am so TURNED OFF. Just have to experiment. :wink:

Hi! :smile: I make a lot of food from scratch at home. That's why I love MFP, because under your Food Tab, you can go to the Recipe tab. This tab allows you to "enter new recipe".
