  • I try to stay low on sodium too. One thing I try to always remember is to use fresh or frozen veggies and not canned goods. If I can avoid those, then I'm off to a good start on any recipe. And I don't season but with a dash of salt on all meals. Then my husband can add as much as he desires. I use NoSalt too. :wink:

  • I totally agree! :wink: I love food. I love eating healthy and I also enjoy "no so good for you" food. Moderation is key and my motto. I workout 5-6 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour. And like you said, if you can't make, eat a little less. I had to do that yesterday. I eat my calories back - love it. Works for me.
