nothing really..... I have a pretty strong will power.....just not enough of umph power to exercise like i should to tone up. I love chocoloate but i can very easily turn it or anything else down.

I shaved everyday because I do a full body shave. neck down i can not stand hair (on myself) but its become just a weekly thing now.

so the last time I weighed myself was when I left the hospital after giving birth to my second child. The beginning of October i weighed 210 lbs today I weighed myself and I am 197 lbs. I have dropped 3 pants sizes and 2 dress sizes. I haven't felt this good about myself since I was in high school. completely stunned. lol

depending on the style of lingerie..... I wear it under my clothes as well to work. if it not bulky and doesnt make me hot from being tight and then covered with normal clothes. like corsets are tight and under regular clothes I get hot so I either wear it as my shirt under a blazer or wait to change into later...

Just walk around naked... lol its the best way :) or if you just have to wear the lingerie...... just get ready for bed as normal (shower, shave, etc assuming you do this before bed) and then just walk out and crawl on top of him. :)
