one side weaker
So I have been working out in the gym lately (first time in a long time) and noticed my right side burns more than the left.... Any suggestions on what I am doing or can do to get a even burn?

wierd findings
So.... recently I have been trying to discover a reason to some health issues ..... my asthma doctor suggested I get allergy tested since everything else was coming up negative. The allergy test shown I was allergic to Potatoes (or any nightshade family veggie) . I found this very strange since I have always eaten potatoes…

so my daughter has wii dance games..... played everyday for hours..... When songs come on the radio that are on the game I find myself trying to see if I remember the steps (yes its hilarious) What song do you like the most? Have you ever took the moves from the game to the club?
