Hello, I am 40 and from the St. Louis area. I tried WW too and found it expensive and unrewarding. Doing much better with MFP. Moostracks are my favorite, but if I measure out a serving it keeps me honest and on track. Please feel free to add me.

I did WW and it worked at first, but then it just became aggrivating. I have had more results on MFP then I ever did in WW.

I only have a HRM and I love it. Mine is a polar with the chest strap

cutting back drastically on the amount of salt I add to the boiled eggs has cured the hearburn. Thank you very much

I kick up the exersize so I can have my weekend wine or beer. Got to love a good red wine

I do add salt to them and I usually have fruit and or a 1/4 cup of greek yogurt.

I have found that using my HRM has been way more accurate then estimating the calories burned using the MFP categories. When entering my calories burned on MFP I usually make the calories burned match not the minutes of activity. This gives me a better estimate of my available calories for the day.
